1 The Promoter
The promoter is Dotomize Limited (trading as iVest Group), registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU (“we”, “us”, the “Promoter”).
2 The promotion
A free prize draw to win one of five (5) lifetime memberships to the iVest Group platform (the “Prize”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making any purchase or subscription will not improve your chance of winning.
3 Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Not open to the Promoter’s owners, employees or contractors, or their immediate families.
One entry per person and per email address.
4 How to enter
Enter by submitting your email address to the iVest Group waitlist at ivestgroup.co.uk during the entry period. Each unique email address counts as one entry. No payment is required at any stage.
5 Entry period
The draw opens on 12 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 23 July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted. The platform is scheduled to launch on 24 July 2026.
6 The Prize
Five (5) winners each receive a lifetime membership to the iVest Group membership tools — Verdict, Cornerstone and Vantage — at no charge.
Approximate value: £210 per year, per winner.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the Promoter continues to operate the relevant services. The Prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Beacon, the free finance hub, is free to everyone and is not part of the Prize.
7 Winner selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries, drawn on or shortly after 24 July 2026.
8 Notification & claiming
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. A winner must respond to claim their Prize within 14 days of being notified; if they do not, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
9 Your data
We process entrants’ email addresses solely to administer this draw and to send launch updates, under UK GDPR. We do not sell your data. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. A full privacy policy will be published at launch.
10 General
This promotion is run solely by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third-party platform.
The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it is necessary to do so, without liability.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or involves fraud or manipulation.
The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final.
Nothing in this promotion or on the iVest Group platform constitutes financial advice or a financial promotion; the tools provide information only, not investment recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
