2 What we collect

• Waitlist — the email address you submit to join the founding members list, plus basic technical metadata (IP address, browser) captured to prevent abuse.
• Your account (once the platform launches) — your email, display name, authentication data, and the information you enter into the tools.
• Technical — an essential session cookie when you are signed in, and standard server logs.

3 Why we use it & our lawful basis

• To send you launch updates and run the prize draw — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests.
• To provide the platform once you hold an account — to perform our contract with you.

4 Cookies

The coming-soon site sets no tracking cookies. When you sign in to the platform we use a single essential cookie (dotomize_session) to keep you logged in. We will update this policy if analytics or other cookies are introduced.

5 Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the service — our hosting provider and the email service used to send launch messages — under appropriate agreements. We never sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

6 How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is kept for as long as you hold an account, then deleted or anonymised.

7 Where it is held

Your data is hosted on servers in the European Union. Where any provider operates outside the UK or EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8 Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
