StockIQ
Early access

Introductory pricing while StockIQ is in early access — up to 48% below the standard price.

Pricing

Early-access pricing. Three tiers, one of them free forever.

Priced per month in pounds. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no tier that connects to a broker.

The trial

When it ends the account drops to the free tier. Nothing is charged.

Sign-up is self-service: you create the account, the 7-day trial starts on the spot at Desk level — the complete build, nothing withheld — and you land in the dashboard. No card is taken, so there is nothing that can be charged and no renewal to cancel. On day 8 the account becomes Sandbox, the free tier below, and stays there. Holdings, portfolio labels and buy lots entered during the trial stay readable and exportable even when there are more of them than the free tier allows you to create.

Start a 7-day trial

Billing is not open, so Desk cannot be bought yet. The button opens the account and starts the 7-day trial at Desk level, which includes everything in Desk. Nothing is charged.

£9.99 and £24.99 are the standard prices these plans will move to. They are not previous prices and have never been charged — billing has not opened, so no subscription has ever been sold at any price. The introductory price applies for the first 12 months from the day you first pay. After that the plan renews at the standard price, and we will tell you before it does.

The caps count what you create, not what you hold. An account already over a cap keeps every record and can still read and export them; what the server refuses is the next one added. Nothing is deleted, and nothing chooses a holding to drop on your behalf.

No tier connects to a broker. That is not an upgrade held back for the top plan — the integration does not exist anywhere in the product, at any price.

The monthly position review is not advice. It re-runs published rules over the companies you own and reports what they produced, computed identically for every user from public data with no knowledge of your circumstances. Add, Hold and Cut describe a rule's output.

Billing

Trial, caps, VAT and cancellation

How long does the early-access price last?

The introductory price applies for the first 12 months from the day you first pay. After that the plan renews at the standard price, and we will tell you before it does.

The standard prices are shown on every card and in the comparison table above, so what the plan costs later is on the page rather than in an email afterwards. They are not previous prices: no subscription has ever been sold at any price, because billing has not opened.

What happens at the end of the 7-day trial?

The account becomes Sandbox, the free tier, the moment the trial date passes. No card was taken, so nothing is charged and there is no subscription to cancel. The paid-tier features stop. Nothing you entered is removed, and records above the free caps stay readable and exportable.

No overnight job does this. What the account is entitled to is worked out from the trial date on every request, so there is no batch to fail and no window in which a lapsed trial still has access or a live one has lost it.

If I stop paying, what happens to data above the free tier's caps?

Nothing is deleted. Holdings, portfolio labels and buy lots above the Sandbox caps stay where they are: readable, exportable and correctable. What stops is adding more. The check counts what the account already has and refuses the create; it has no mechanism for choosing a record to remove. Come off a trial with forty holdings and you keep all forty — the forty-first is the one that needs a paid tier.

The caps are 3 holdings, 2 portfolio labels and 5 buy lots on any one holding. They apply to the free tier only; a trial is uncapped for as long as it runs.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. The prices on this page are what a UK consumer pays, inclusive of VAT where it applies. Billing is not open, so treat them as the intended prices rather than a quotation.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel today, because there is nothing to bill. The policy the billing will be built to: cancel from the account page in the app, with no email to write and no one to talk to. The subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for, and the account becomes Sandbox. No cancellation fee and no minimum term.
